460 Ste. Catherine West
Commercial / Loft Spaces
460 Ste. Catherine is rich in history. When it was constructed in 1910 it was Canada’s largest concrete building at the time. The first occupants included The Timothy Eaton Co. and the St. Regis Hotel on the west side. Today it is a loft concept commercial building strategically located downtown on Ste-Catherine St. West, the busiest commercial street in Montreal and next to Quartier des Spectacles.
The building is walking distance from the Place des Arts and McGill metro stations, giving it easy access to the Montreal underground network and located near prestigious buildings such as Place Félix Martin, Place Ville Marie, Complexe Desjardins and Maison de la Cathédrale. As well, museums, hotels, restaurants, theatres and major retailers such as The Bay are all nearby. The ground and first floors are occupied by retailers such as H&M, Best Buy and TD Bank. The upper floors are occupied by photographers, designers, art galleries, architects, language schools, lawyers and computer software development companies.
