Val des Brises is a 20 million square foot land development in Laval with distinctive urban design: neighborhood units are nestled among parks, parklands and parkways. Expansive green spaces have been preserved and will be maintained for the use of the residents. This project has resulted in the construction of over 2,000 homes.
